📋 Description

• Contribute to the execution of the service strategy and service growth by delivering timely, high-quality, cost-effective service offerings, solutions, and engineering projects for customers. • Execute Service work in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. • Deliver quality customer service to satisfy prestigious customers. • Identify new service opportunities for Hitachi Energy. • Undertake and coordinate service activities on site, while keeping a close eye on health and safety and quality standards, schedules, and progress reporting. • Responsible for high-voltage service activities, including installation and commissioning, carrying out refurbishments, device replacements, routine maintenance, inspections, and identifying problems. • Coordinate all delivered parts, materials, and components for each project. • Lead jobs from start to finish under the direction of the project manager, maintain project site documentation and checklists, prepare reports, and help to resolve on-site issues. • Assess and highlight hazards and implement actions to ensure safety of both people and equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Electrical Engineering-related HNC or suitable industry experience. • Experience within the High Voltage or the power sector (installation/service/maintenance) and/or a broad knowledge of power engineering plant and equipment. • Proven experience with Mechanical installations, Switchgear, Cabling/wiring installation, Oil handling/processing/sampling, device function checks, and power equipment testing instruments, Omicron/Megger etc. • Experience in leading a team/management of subcontractors. • Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings. • Suitable qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA, CCNSG, though training will be provided. • Full driving licence.
