• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 2-3 years of experience. • Preferred experience in the transformer industry and a strong background in supplier technology development. • Advanced knowledge of component engineering and material specifications. • Proven ability to develop and implement standardized solutions for component usage. • Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana and Windchill preferred. • Strong understanding of part qualification processes, quality standards, and practices in component engineering. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
