📋 Description

• Lead and oversee all communications and government relations activities across the UK and Ireland • Develop and execute integrated strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market visibility • Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, and key stakeholders • Drive internal and external communications that inspire engagement and support business growth • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international strategies and priorities • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of communications professionals • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic communications and public affairs • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in communications and public/government affairs • Proven expertise across media relations, internal communications, digital platforms, and crisis management • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Deep understanding of communication tools and best practices, tailored for diverse audiences • International experience and familiarity with UK and Ireland markets; energy or technology sector experience is a plus • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
