📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and trend identification • Perform competitor assessments to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and differentiation • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancements and increase satisfaction • Manage and update technical specifications for products to ensure competitiveness and compliance • Oversee performance improvement initiatives through benchmarking and quality feedback • Assist in finalizing requirements for new products and technology transfers • Ensure compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines throughout the product lifecycle • Work closely with global product managers, R&D centers, and local business units to align regional needs with global strategies • Act as a liaison among product management, engineering teams, application engineering, and marketing to deliver technical insights and promotional support • Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across engineering, operations, sales, and channel teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a similar role within the transformers or energy industry • Strong technical knowledge of transformer products and applications relevant to the region • Experience with market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product lifecycle management • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and multicultural teams • Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
