• Animate and deliver polished 1–2 minute motion graphics and web assets that power up our client’s marketing and website. • Collaborate closely with the CMO and Senior Graphic Designer to turn creative direction into smooth, modern animations that reflect the brand's aesthetic. • Export assets in web-ready formats (Lottie, After Effects exports, etc.) and coordinate handoff with the Webflow Developer. • Execute creative briefs to perfection – expect slick transitions, seamless flow, and a high-end digital look (not cartoon-heavy, just clean and pro). • Stay sharp with details, iterate fast based on feedback, and maintain a consistent visual standard across all animations.

🎯 Requirements

• You've got a killer portfolio showing motion graphics and animations for marketing and web. • You’re fluent in After Effects (or similar tools) and know how to prep animations for web use. • Your English communication skills are top-tier (C1 level), both written and spoken. • You thrive in remote work environments, love collaborating, and take ownership of high-quality deliveries. • Bonus points if you're familiar with Webflow hand-offs, Lottie/JSON exports, or marketing-focused motion workflows.
