• Serve as the main point of contact in both French and English, building strong relationships with head office stakeholders and local franchisees when needed. • Use regular check-ins, feedback loops, and strategic guidance to foster true partnership and drive adoption of marketing strategies. • Develop and present localized, multi-channel content roadmaps (social, email, web, paid advertising) that align with each client’s goals, brand voice, and community trends; ensuring they’re rooted in audience insights and built to deliver measurable business outcomes. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure a seamless execution that’s aligned with performance goals and maintains brand consistency across channels. • Define and interpret key metrics to drive ongoing optimization and demonstrate impact on client growth.
• 3+ years in Client/Customer Success, Account Management, or Content Strategy roles — ideally in a marketing agency or fast-paced, digitally-focused environment. • bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. • 1+ years of experience serving restaurant or hospitality clients. • fluent in French (C1+) and English (C1+), both written and spoken. • deep understanding of content SEO, audience segmentation, storytelling frameworks, and multi-channel content planning. • hands-on experience with content workflows and platforms like CMS systems, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Monday.com. • can drive content strategy while overseeing a cross-functional team, including content execution and performance specialists. • organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
