📋 Description

• Define and implement the visual identity and creative direction of the brand. • Manage the design team and oversee the quality of visual content. • Ensure that all creative materials support business objectives and measurable KPIs. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and stakeholder teams to align creative outputs with company goals. • Review performance data to understand which creative approaches convert best and adjust strategy accordingly. • Provide constructive feedback to team members and guide them toward excellence in execution. • Present and justify design decisions clearly to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust. • Propose creative and innovative ideas for improving brand visibility, client attraction, and user experience. • Drive long-term design strategy to support brand positioning and market differentiation. • Identify emerging design trends and apply them to maintain a modern, competitive brand presence. • Establish design standards, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency. • Implement processes for project management, version control, and collaboration across teams. • Lead creative experiments, testing new concepts for campaigns, product launches, or brand experiences. • Explore and integrate new tools, technologies, and platforms that enhance creative output.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Design Lead or Senior Designer in the trading industry • Proven experience leading design teams and managing creative workflows. • Exceptional sense of style, strong visual taste, and understanding of copywriting and content tone. • Ability to connect design decisions with business outcomes and financial results. • Analytical mindset — capable of interpreting creative performance data to guide design strategy. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to defend creative vision constructively. • Portfolio demonstrating a high level of aesthetic quality, consistency, and commercial impact (required). • Fluency in English and Russian languages.
