🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on Unity projects. • Previous experience managing and/or mentoring remote teams with diverse cultural backgrounds. • Significant track record and already released several mobile games (casual games). • Strong understanding of mobile game development, including pre-production and effort estimation, adherence to best practices, and expertise in managing the release pipeline. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment. • Strong interest in the casual genre and trends. • Experienced in Live Game mechanics and tech: Live Operations, A/B testing, Gameplay systems, assets pipeline, UI/UX, among others. • Strong communication skills for clear, effective, and collaborative interaction across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding throughout the development process • Fluent English • Contribution to the development and ongoing support of live games that have been globally released and sustained for over two years.
