📋 Description

• Drive business performance by analyzing profitability and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and efficiency • Act as a key finance partner to Sales and leadership, supporting commercial and strategic decision-making • Lead planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning • Deliver data-driven insights and forward-looking analysis to guide business decisions • Support growth initiatives, including M&A and integration activities • Ensure strong financial governance, including reporting accuracy, compliance, and risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business partnering • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and profitability analysis • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and influencing capabilities • Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage
