📋 Description
• Responsible for leading the field execution of Merchandising Services for a region of retail stores across 10+ districts. • Leads a direct report team of District Execution Managers. • Manages and measures work, processes and metrics including safety, quality, and productivity through reporting, field visits and customer feedback. • Works collaboratively with peers and other leaders across functional boundaries to execute plans and drive results for the region.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Experience working in retail merchandising services industry or working directly for large scale retailer with multi-location responsibility. • Minimum Years of Work Experience: 7
