📋 Description
• Lead development and execution of sales strategies to improve productivity of outside sales organization • Collaborate with Sr. Director and Outside Sales Director Leadership Team • Identify root causes of sales gaps through data analytics and field consultant ride-alongs • Assist local leadership teams with gap closure plans and sales team accountability
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum eighteen years of age • Legally permitted to work in the United States • Eight plus years of experience preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field • Strong understanding of retail environment • Basic math and logic skills • Computer literate and comfortable with database structures • Conflict resolution skills
