📋 Description

• Design intuitive, user-centered web interfaces using Figma. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create and iterate on designs that align with business goals and drive user engagement. • Participate in agile workflows, adapting designs quickly based on feedback, test results, or shifting priorities. • Ensure consistency in design systems and maintain a high standard of visual and functional quality. • Create and maintain organized, high-fidelity mockups in Figma, ensuring clear handoff and communication with developers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web projects and design system proficiency. • Figma Expertise: At least 4 years of professional experience with Figma, demonstrating deep expertise in utilizing advanced features such as auto layout, components, and design systems to create efficient and scalable designs. • Agility: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot quickly based on new insights or priorities. • UI/UX Knowledge is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
