• Play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Electronics suppliers & corresponding platforms. • Responsible for developing strategic partnerships with suppliers, managing their performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Report directly to the Director of Supplier Development and work remotely supporting primarily Northeast US suppliers. • Impact supplier development by bringing extensive expertise and experience to the organization. • Drive supplier performance and ensure suppliers meet the highest quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and / or supplier development with a focus on Printed Wiring Boards and / or other electrical component production / design / engineering / NPI. • Proficiency in quality management and problem-solving tools, including Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and/or Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP/PPAP). • Knowledge of aerospace standards and practices related to electronics components / PWB manufacturing.
