📋 Description

• Conduct deep market research across fleet, rental, OEM, and logistics industries to identify shared problems and opportunities in roadside assistance and vehicle movement • Build and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap by synthesizing external market insights with internal stakeholder needs, timelines, and sales cycles • Own end-to-end feature delivery from requirements through launch, partnering with Engineering, Network Operations, and Data teams to ship software that scales • Serve as HONK's subject matter expert for these industries, educating internal teams on market dynamics while identifying business cases that unlock growth • Test multiple product hypotheses simultaneously, moving quickly between opportunities while maintaining focus on validated customer needs • Represent product at industry events and customer meetings, building relationships that inform our strategic direction in these verticals

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years building B2B software for fleet, rental, OEM, logistics, or adjacent transportation industries • Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for getting out of the office to learn from customers, attend industry events, and become a true domain expert • Exceptional written communication skills to distill complex market insights and technical requirements into clear, actionable plans • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus and momentum • Experience interfacing directly with enterprise customers and translating their operational needs into software solutions • Track record of shipping products that solve real business problems, not just features that check boxes
