📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to develop frameworks, approaches, and use cases where AI can help re-invent processes and business models. • Conduct industry and trend research, market analysis, and market sizing to address business challenges and evaluate potential M&A targets. • Support Sales and Marketing growth for company investments through market assessment and analysis. • Identify, develop, and implement strategies to improve business performance at portfolio companies (Pricing, Go-to-Market, Change Management/Organization). • Create reports and dashboards to consolidate key findings and provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making. • Conduct research and analysis to formulate strategy recommendations and analyze key insights from diverse data sources. • Support leaders in strategic planning and long-term business strategy and collaborate across Finance, M&A, and portfolio teams. • Assess organic growth opportunities and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation. • Undertake special projects as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields. • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role • background in AI / software industry being advantageous • Strong strategic thinking skills • Skilled in synthesizing trends and consolidating findings into meaningful, visually appealing formats for presentations to executives. • Excellent communication abilities • self-starter attitude • High curiosity, passion for continuous learning and creative problem-solving. • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel • Sound knowledge of business financials and operations • Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to travel occasionally (<20% of the time).
