📋 Description

• Expense Processing & Compliance, including daily review of incoming invoices. • Setting up supplier payments in Payhawk and overseeing the purchase order system. • Troubleshoot and resolve synchronisation issues between financial and HR systems. • Ensure new employees are correctly set up and allocated in finance systems. • Maintain the integrity of financial data by managing supplier information. • Proactively monitor and manage cash flow by ensuring company cards are sufficiently funded. • Coordinate payment run schedules and prepare payment batches for approval.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts payable role. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Experience with modern AP systems such as Payhawk, Spendesk, Ramp, Soldo, Pleo, Divvy and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, SAP or Sage. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Exposure to and/or a passion in AI for efficiency.
