• Self-starter with true hunger for results, impact and with an entrepreneurial mindset. • 5+ years of experience in scaling digital marketing in a SaaS startup or B2B tech. • Strong track record in affiliate/partner marketing — building, scaling, and managing programs successfully. • Fluency with main marketing digital tools like Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax (or similar), affiliate platforms such as TUNE, CJ, PartnerStack etc. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, marketing automation, and analytics. • Strong understanding of growth loops, conversion optimization, and funnel metrics. • Analytical mindset and comfort with data — ability to draw insights and make ROI-driven decisions. • Excellent communication, negotiation skills in English and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit. • Experience building or leading small marketing teams is a plus.
