📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Last Mile organization, overseeing Technical Operations and Integration Reliability teams responsible for ensuring stable supplier connectivity. • Act as the point of escalation and accountability for supplier-side booking, inventory, and check-in issues, driving timely triage and long-term resolution. • Partner with Product and Engineering to implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies that reduce booking and integration failures. • Drive continuous improvement programs focused on system reliability, cost reduction, and supplier enablement efficiency. • Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards for supplier and integration health. • Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to diagnose systemic issues, streamline recovery processes, and strengthen overall integration quality. • Translate complex technical and operational challenges into clear, actionable initiatives for cross-functional teams. • Build and mentor a high-performing team that blends technical expertise, analytical rigor, and operational discipline. • Develop scalable frameworks for root cause analysis, incident classification, and post-incident review to promote continuous learning and accountability. • Contribute to the broader Supply leadership team by influencing roadmap priorities, process maturity, and organizational alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related technical field. • 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or technical support within a complex, API-driven or platform environment. • Proven success leading technical operations, product support, or production reliability functions. • Demonstrated ability to design and execute operational strategies that improve SLAs, reduce incidents, and enhance reliability. • Skilled in data interpretation, process optimization, and root cause analysis. • Experience using observability and analytics tools (e.g., Datadog, Snowflake, Looker, or similar). • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills — able to align diverse teams around shared goals. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
