📋 Description

• Process daily accounting activity: journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reviews • Reconcile bank accounts, POS sales, cash deposits, credit cards, and delivery platforms • Support AP/AR functions, vendor reconciliations, and invoice reviews • Assist with inventory, COGS, labor analysis, and monthly accounting close periods • Prepare sales tax filings and other hospitality-related reporting • Maintain accurate financial records and support audits as needed • Support other assigned accounting projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience; hospitality accounting required • Knowledge of hospitality workflows (POS reconciliation, inventory, labor cost) • Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, R365, Sage Intacct) and POS platforms (Toast, Micros, Aloha) • Strong Excel and organizational skills • English Proficiency • Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively with clients
