📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage plan implementation for new clients • Manage overall servicing of account issues for existing clients and brokers • Produce educational materials and conduct benefit meetings • Design and communicate plan design • Serve as primary contact for group representatives and brokers • Collaborate with internal staff on service issues and plan-building design • Resolve claim payment and service issues • Provide general account service and support to the Sales Manager/Director • Coordinate implementation of new groups • Communicate plan design changes, renewal changes, and other relevant information • Develop employee and employer materials • Prepare reports requested by employers and brokers • Assist clients and brokers with report analysis • Notify and assist clients and brokers with compliance and reporting requirements for benefit plans and federal mandates • Conduct significant travel for client service meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Three to five years’ experience in client services, preferably in the healthcare industry • Effective communication across all levels • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with follow-through • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Understanding of system interactions • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Significant travel required for client service meetings
