📋 Description

• Record incoming invoices, ensuring correct accounting and tax classification • Enter accounts payable into SAP and the corresponding banking systems • Issue and record billing invoices in SAP according to North America operations requirements • Support accounting and financial month-end and reconciliation routines, ensuring data integrity • Maintain ongoing communication with the international team, ensuring alignment and support for regional requests

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward) • Advanced or fluent English (for reading reports and spreadsheets and occasional interactions with global teams)
