📋 Description

• We are a fast-growing SaaS-based identity verification platform serving clients in fintech, crypto, SaaS, and tech industries. • Our mission is to help businesses prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance through innovative technology. • As we scale our outbound sales operations, we're looking for highly motivated cold callers to generate qualified leads and book meetings with senior decision-makers in the US market. • We’re seeking fluent, persuasive B2B cold callers to: • Make outbound calls to a list of pre-qualified leads • Set appointments with key decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, Heads of Compliance, Product Leads) • Follow a proven sales script with flexibility for personal adaptation • Accurately log call outcomes and lead statuses in shared documentation • Work during US business hours and demonstrate familiarity with American business culture. • This is a paid trial period designed to assess fit and performance before long-term onboarding. • Duration: 5–10 hours/per week (approx. 200–250 calls) • Tools Provided: Lead list, script, objection-handling guide, outcome tracker • Success Criteria: Number of qualified appointments, professionalism, and process adherence • Top performers will be offered long-term, performance-based roles. • Ongoing, stable work for top performers • Clear expectations and regular feedback • Flexible, remote-first team culture • Opportunity to contribute to a high-impact mission in a rapidly growing industry

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent English speaker • Proven B2B cold calling experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech sectors) • Strong objection-handling and closing skills • Friendly, confident, and natural communication style (not robotic or overly scripted) • Ability to work independently in US time zones from a quiet and professional setting • Stable internet connection and familiarity with tools like CRM, spreadsheets, and dialers
