📋 Description

• We are seeking experienced Product Owners/Managers with a proven background in RegTech (Regulatory Technology) and Identity Verification (IDV) to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will own product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of innovative solutions that meet client needs across compliance, KYC/AML, and fraud prevention. • Key Responsibilities: • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. • Translate client compliance needs (AML, KYC, KYB, fraud detection) into product features. • Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer value and business impact. • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Sales to deliver high-quality products. • Monitor adoption, performance, and client satisfaction with product offerings. • Ensure solutions align with regulatory and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/FinTech/RegTech. • Strong understanding of AML, KYC, KYB, fraud detection, and compliance workflows. • Proven success in delivering enterprise-grade software solutions. • Experience working in agile product development environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
