📋 Description

• Grow HPS sales through knowledge of HPS products and customer relationship development • Plan and track opportunities within the South Central territory (TX, OK, LA, AR) • Support customer service representatives, agents, and Hubbell subsidiaries with technical support and sustaining efforts • Interact directly with customers in the field to provide support and act as liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and sales • Track and manage promotional work on major transmission projects and understand transmission project opportunities • Promote HPS transmission product offering, capabilities, and services to end-users, EPC firms, and other stakeholders • Manage key consulting engineering firms and support territory managers with product approvals at key accounts • Prepare presentations for customer meetings, seminars, and industry meetings • Work closely with product marketing and engineering to assist and provide input for new product development plans • Assist in preparation of technical publications and coordinate project bids between business units and sales territories • Communicate activities to supervisor, RVPs, and territory managers

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering • Minimum of 2 years of transmission engineering experience • Ability to travel 50% on related business trips • Motivated self-starter capable of working closely with a team environment • Ability to communicate effectively to small and large groups • Experience supporting customer service representatives, agents, and subsidiaries • Ability to interact directly with customers in the field and provide technical support
