📋 Description

• Manage the month-end close. • Assist in driving the month-end close process and work closely with other accounting teams throughout the close process including journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, balance sheets, and analyses • Assist client with technical accounting guidance such as Revenue Recognition & Lease Accounting Projects including sourcing, interpreting, and application of the guidance to current accounting processes and systems, gap analysis, supporting the testing of the appropriate changes • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (i.e., 10-Qs and 10-K) • Ensure compliance with the company’s Sarbanes Oxley Rule 404 internal control environment • Performs day-to-day general accounting tasks as assigned • Support internal and external audits

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or in progress • 4 years of accounting /audit experience • Proficiency in the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards
