📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of event technology solutions. • Establish and execute comprehensive QA testing frameworks. • Manage the full registration journey from initial sign-up through badge fulfillment onsite. • Translate strategic innovation goals into tactical execution steps. • Deliver end-to-end project management for all event tech initiatives, balancing requests with scope and budget. • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships including budget management and contract support. • Partner with the Lead Event Technology Producer to test and implement pilot innovations. • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability in owning operational execution for complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Natural inclination toward thorough testing and quality assurance. • Hands-on experiences with event tech tools or ability to quickly learn new SaaS tools. • Experience managing vendor relationships including scoping work and managing budgets. • Comfortable moving projects forward with incomplete information and asking clarifying questions. • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a desire to contribute to innovative event experiences.
