📋 Description

• Own end-to-end communications for HubSpot’s app partners and developer ecosystem • Develop and maintain a structured builder communications calendar aligned with product launches • Partner with product and PMM on key updates to the developer and app partner community • Drive go-to-market planning and execution for ecosystem-led launches • Lead quarterly ecosystem marketing operations and manage multi-month comms projects • Drive biannual roadmap coordination across Platform Marketing and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Skilled storyteller and customer- and partner-centric in your approach to marketing • Strong project management skills, including clear communication around timelines, ownership, and status updates • Experienced in product marketing and project management, ideally within SaaS • Proven success creating content and driving go-to-market initiatives for SaaS or Product-Led Growth companies • Highly organized and proactive, with a track record of leading complex initiatives from concept to completion • Clear and confident communicator who can align diverse teams and simplify complex information • Operates with an owner’s mindset — high personal accountability, independent execution • Able to translate complex product or partner inputs into clear, actionable plans • Thrives in dynamic environments, balancing structure with flexibility and creativity • Data-informed and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions and measure impact • Coachable/self-aware with a hunger to learn and improve
