📋 Description

• AI solutions using Python, computer vision, and generative models like LLMs and diffusion models • Ensure responsible development aligned with Humana’s ethical standards, focusing on transparency, safety, and real-world impact • Build autonomous AI agents using frameworks (i.e. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) to support reasoning and decision-making in healthcare • Embed AI into Humana’s systems and workflows • Partner with business teams to understand challenges, co-create solutions, and communicate AI capabilities clearly—especially around generative AI • Design for scalability, reliability, and compliance • Work with engineering and product teams to implement best practices for deploying and maintaining AI models in production

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in data science • 5+ years specifically focused on AI and NLP applications • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with extensive experience in NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers) and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for model development • Demonstrated ability to process and analyze large textual datasets, extracting meaningful insights, building predictive models, using generative AI techniques • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
