📋 Description

• Provide strategic legal counsel on matters of significant organizational impact • Independently manage and execute litigation strategy for employment disputes • Oversee collaboration with outside counsel • Lead internal investigations regarding workplace issues • Draft and review employment-related agreements and policies • Serve as primary legal advisor to Human Resources and business leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school • 7+ years of dedicated L&E law experience, with a mix of law firm and in-house corporate settings • Active membership in a state bar association • Strong business judgment and negotiation capabilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex organization • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
