📋 Description
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners • Develop sales strategies that enable you to meet (and exceed) established targets • Identify new business opportunities through networking and convert them into strategic partnerships • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure • Present products and solutions to prospective clients and partners • Negotiate agreements and ensure client/partner needs are met
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • More than 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with HR tech or SaaS products • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proactive in seeking new opportunities and delivering value in every interaction
