📋 Description

• Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for a consumer facing product, driving consumer engagement and business impact. • Partner with engineering to deliver innovative, high-quality features. • Use customer insights, data, and AI/voice technology trends to inform product decisions. • Balance speed and quality, making bold decisions when needed while ensuring execution excellence. • Define clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and track progress against them to ensure measurable outcomes. • Experiment rapidly—hypothesize, test, learn, and iterate. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities and keep the product competitive. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and capabilities based on customers’ needs and business goals. • Provide education and guidance to internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment on product capabilities and value propositions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years in AI • Strong track record of building and launching innovative products in fast-paced environments • Deep curiosity and understanding of AI/ML and how it can drive consumer engagement • Customer-centric mindset - Deep empathy for users and ability to translate insights into product features; Experience with user research, feedback loops, and customer journey mapping • Data-driven decision making - Proficient in setting measurable goals (OKRs, KPIs). • Skilled at using product analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and data to drive decisions • Execution excellence - Proven track record of shipping successful products. • Strong prioritization skills and knowing what to build and what not to build • Collaboration & influence - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations. Strong communicator with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional teams.
