• Set up and maintain Salesforce CRM — customize fields, workflows, and automations to match business processes, ensure data accuracy, and keep the system running smoothly. • Provide day-to-day CRM admin support — update records, manage users, create reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot basic issues. • Build and organize Asana projects — create project templates, task lists, and simple automations to help the team manage workloads and deadlines. • Support integrations and automations — connect tools like Salesforce, Asana, and email using Zapier or similar platforms. • Handle admin and reporting tasks — prepare summaries, update spreadsheets, track progress, and help organize team documentation. • Train and support team members — assist staff in using Salesforce and Asana effectively, and help document processes for easy reference.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM — setup, customization, automation, and reporting. • Proven experience managing and building Asana workspaces, projects, templates, and automations. • Comfortable handling both technical setup and general admin tasks. • Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms. • Strong attention to detail, data management, and organization skills. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Experience in property development, real estate, or construction is an advantage but not required.
