📋 Description

• Support the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives • Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments • Develop and execute change management deliverables including: Communication plans and content, Training needs analysis and training materials, Change impact and readiness assessments • Coordinate with global and onshore teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of change artifacts • Contribute to internal capability development, templates, and best practices for Change Management • Support ERP and Workday implementations by aligning people, process, and technology change activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field • 1-3 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs • Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives for technology or ERP implementations - Workday Adaptive experience required • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) (Preferred) • Consulting or professional services experience (Preferred)
