• Negotiate and prepare clinical research study contracts • Include Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Nonconforming Subcontracts, Master Service Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Data Transfer Agreements • Achieve organizational effectiveness and improve student outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Required U.S. work authorization • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in research administration, and/or legal-related experience • Advanced Contract Management Skills • Strategic Communication and Negotiation Skills • Analytical Skills for Contract Analysis • Relationship Management • Process Improvement and Resilience • Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge • Administrative Experience in Research Settings • Leadership and Training • Project Management and Efficiency • Innovation and Industry Best Practices
