📋 Description

• Frame the problem • Run the early conversations with the business to frame the problem worth solving • Own the design • Produce the solution design and keep it current as the work evolves • Translate both ways • Between what the business needs and what the engineers build • Set the measures • Agree what success looks like and how it is measured, with the Engagement Manager and the engineers, before the build starts • Build the hard parts • Work alongside the engineers on the pieces of the build the design depends on • Bring domain depth • Keep the design right for the industry it serves

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years in solution architecture, technical or experience design, or applied-AI advisory, including 1 to 2 years leading • Able to turn unclear problems into designs engineers can build • Strong writer and facilitator, credible with executives • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Understands RAG, agents, and evaluation well enough to design them • Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments with shifting priorities and unclear problems • Process mapping and service design • Healthcare or higher education domain depth • AWS or Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CBAP (BABOK), or Claude Certified Architect - Foundations
