📋 Description

• Manage assigned clients and stores by planning and executing marketing campaigns • Oversee the client-agency relationship for assigned clients • Develop and execute marketing strategies • Handle client communications and write reports • Lead teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates • Monitor performance of marketing campaigns • Collect and analyze data for client marketing agendas • Report on performance of email marketing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience working in a digital marketing role • At least 6 months of working experience in an email marketing field • A proven track record of achieving success in a leadership role • Ability to work independently without compromising on work standards • Highly accountable and responsive, with an excellent ability to meet deadlines • Great aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and thinking critically / analytically • Possesses a growth and results-driven mindset • Any remote work experience is a major advantage • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and marketing professionals • Must possess great problem-solving skills • Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly • Must have excellent time management skills and high levels of focus, productivity, and efficiency • Any knowledge or experience with email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a huge plus • Familiarity with managing time (remote work experience is a plus) • Must be available during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time) • Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month) • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
