• 3+ years of proven success as an SDR/BDR targeting **US-based enterprise accounts** • 2+ years selling **Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Consulting services** • Fluent, professional **English & Spanish** (spoken and written) • Based in **LATAM**, able to work **Central Time** business hours • Proficiency in **modern sales tools**: power dialers, sequencing software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce CRM • Experience handling both **outbound prospecting and inbound qualification** • Self-starter with exceptional organisation, accountability, and time management skills • **Nice-to-Have:** Experience in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, or Panama; event coordination or light marketing background
