📋 Description

• develop and implement strategic growth plan for HYDAC • coordinate the sales efforts by directly calling on accounts • manage customer relationships with assigned vertical market • increase sales and profit margin with assigned vertical market • drive HYDAC specifications within the respective targeted vertical market • communicate market trends, competitive analysis • implement HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy and keep CRM updated for assigned accounts • review lost opportunities to provide feedback • develop and implement respective sales plans • coordinate internal resources to support vertical market • determine required resources and investment to be compliant with vertical market regulations • assist in reviewing contracts and agreements with key customers • submit a monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent with 3 years of experience or bachelor’s degree • Hydraulics knowledge • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience selling an engineered product • Knowledge of government defense agencies and contractors • The ideal candidate will have served in either the US Army or Marines and would have experience in procurement while in the military
