📋 Description

• Responsible for internal process improvement and project development • Lead, organize, and facilitate cross-functional projects • Conduct cross functional and strategic improvement projects • Improve standard processes to shorten the time for product delivery • Deliver training and support on standard process improvement • Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of relevant experience with process improvement • Relevant experience with Agile Development methods • Proven success in delivering results • Relevant experience in system implementation and administration • Good oral and written communications skills • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills • Good collaboration skills • Good facilitation and project management skills • Good interpersonal skills • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion • Good ability to develop engaging presentations • Good ability to handle sensitive information • Good ability to establish rapport and gain trust • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Fluency in English language (reading, written and spoken) • Up to 10% travel time required
