📋 Description

• Lead a team to deliver innovative edtech solutions from concept to execution and adoption. • Define a product vision and roadmap that aligns with evolving needs in student experience, compliance, and accessibility standards. • Develop deep partnerships with educational institutions, accreditation bodies, and technology ecosystems. • Serve as a thought leader in education innovation, influencing both internal teams and the broader industry. • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to create targeted go-to-market strategies for K-12 and higher education markets. • Shape pricing strategies that reflect institutional funding structures and adoption patterns. • Monitor trends such as AI in education, adaptive learning, and digital credentialing to keep our solutions ahead of the curve. • Establish performance metrics tied to student outcomes, institutional impact, and market growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred). • 12+ years of experience in education technology product management, with 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level. • Deep knowledge of academic operations, student lifecycle, learning management systems, and compliance frameworks. • Experience in academia is a strong plus. • Demonstrated success in launching scalable solutions for education markets. • Exceptional ability to communicate with educators, administrators, and technology leaders. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global teams.
