📋 Description

• Lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud • Develop innovative communication strategies and automate business processes • Create impactful reports and dashboards • Manage CRM enhancements, support system integrations • Ensure data integrity and lead technical projects from planning through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 3 years of related experience • Experience administering Salesforce CRM and digital marketing platform • Experience working in higher education admissions • Experience building automated workflows or communication campaigns • Experience leading system improvements or technology projects
