📋 Description

• Lead and support capital formation, structured finance, and strategic growth initiatives. • Develop and execute the company’s overall capital strategy including warehouse line management, securitization, and ABS transactions. • Support and manage the company’s capital raising efforts across multiple funding channels. • Oversee warehouse line processes ensuring efficient funding operations. • Maintain strong relationships with capital providers, brokers, and institutional investors. • Develop and implement capital allocation strategy to support growth initiatives. • Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for strategic decision-making. • Prepare investor presentations and support investor engagement efforts. • Support M&A strategy including target evaluation and financial modeling. • Ensure compliance with financial covenants and reporting obligations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus. • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, or corporate finance. • Demonstrated experience in warehouse lines, securitization / ABS, and structured credit transactions. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including valuation, proformas, and scenario analysis. • Familiarity with loan portfolios, asset-backed financing, and credit underwriting processes. • Experience reviewing and negotiating Loan Security Agreements, Credit Agreements, and similar legal documents. • Proven ability to manage investor relationships and deliver high-quality presentation materials. • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
