📋 Description

• Provide capacity building and compliance assistance to Alaska Native victim services programs • Ensure compliance with DOJ/OJP award conditions, including confidentiality policies, program narratives, time-task plans, and award conditions • Develop customized assistance plans, share subject matter expertise, and report outcomes • Assist with victim services policies, procedures, community needs assessments, strategic plans, and sustainability plans • Support recipients in resolving OJP monitoring issues and implementing corrective actions • Evaluate grantee needs and track progress of customized assistance plans • Develop culturally appropriate trainings, curricula, and resources for Alaska Native audiences • Facilitate webinars, peer learning exchanges, and communities of practice • Conduct reviews of resources, infrastructure, and community capacity • Identify and share culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices and resources • Collaborate with assistance providers, Alaska partners, government clients, subject matter experts, and project partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting American Indian and Alaska Native communities with victim services • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering capacity building and/or compliance assistance to Alaska Native communities • Must be located in Alaska • U.S. citizenship required by federal government contract • Public Trust security clearance required prior to start date; subject to government security investigation • Willingness to travel, including to remote Alaska communities if required • Experience supporting Alaska Tribal grant recipients with DOJ/OJP award-condition compliance • Knowledge of community needs assessments, strategic planning, or program development • Ability to advise senior management and a government client on Alaska Native community challenges • Ability to collaborate across assistance providers, Alaska partners, government clients, subject matter experts, and project partners • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills • Ability to engage audiences and communicate effectively virtually • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Professionalism, judgment, tact, and diplomacy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Teams, e-learning, webinar, and digital platforms
