📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Business Analysts, Application Developers, Project Managers, and Application Support specialists • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of the Global ERP (Microsoft D365) platform • Assess current technology capabilities across Finance, HR, and Legal • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and translate business objectives into actionable product requirements • Drive process improvement and automation to streamline financial operations • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for finance and procurement systems • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, project managers, and system implementers • Champion continuous improvement, leveraging emerging technologies and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of ERP experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline • Deep understanding of core finance processes • Demonstrated experience translating business architecture and process design into clear system requirements • Proven experience managing teams of 5-8 IT professionals • Strong grasp of SDLC, DevOps, and technology delivery methods for SaaS-based business applications • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Certifications: PMI/PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving, optimization, and continuous improvement.
