📋 Description
• Full-cycle management of Ukrainian PE: assisting in the opening and closing of PEs, preparing and submitting PE reports, and calculating taxes • Collecting, verifying, and entering HR and payroll data into payroll software • Ensuring compliance with the established calculation methodology and procedures • Preparing bank files and payment orders for salaries, related taxes, and social contributions • Controlling the maintenance of the internal document storage system • Providing payroll consultations to employees on payroll-related issues
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for Ukrainian private entrepreneurship (ФОП) • Excellent knowledge of local labor law & accounting rules • Advanced Excel skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
