📋 Description

• Travel to and obtain access to IDEMIA NSS product installations at U.S. Navy, U.S. U.S. Army, Marine Corps, or other DoD NSS customer sites. • Obtain product installation access via a controlled computer with a virtual desktop. • Connect to local hardware for system administration. • Work closely with remote teams to communicate and log errors. • Conduct onsite troubleshooting and/or routine maintenance as required. • Perform Tier 1 equipment troubleshooting. • Under the direction of the Program Director and Product Manager assist with organizing, directing, and managing enrollment events at DoD installations. • Enrolling approved DoD personnel by using an iPad tablet and NSS software to capture various individual data. • Maintain initial and annual security compliance training including online annual DoD and U.S. government classes such as Cyber Awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• General Linux experience • Ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance • Common Access Card holder • Ability to access a U.S. DoD installation with Common Access Card • Knowledge of DoD base access • Ability to travel to designated locations for installation access • Fluent in English, additional regional languages a plus
