• Provide hands-on Identity Security Cloud (ISC) engineering/development support • Remediate lifecycle workflow issues based on discovery for Active Directory and ServiceNow • Automate SailPoint ISC access request and approval processes including Workday and ServiceNow • Attend scheduled meetings to answer questions and support resources • Develop documentation to support feature enhancement implementation • Assist client staff on the open issues and work towards resolutions • Automate SailPoint ISC access request and approval processes • Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of SailPoint ISC experience • 5+ years of operational experience working with complex, large-scale technical environments • 7+ years of professional experience in Information Security or related work experience • Troubleshooting skills are also a must
