🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in management consulting, healthcare strategy, or operations with proven leadership experience • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare operations or physician workforce management preferred
