📋 Description

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into design specifications • Configure, test, and maintain systems and related hardware • Document workflows and recommend design solutions • Manage small to mid-sized projects related to healthcare applications and technologies • Develop testing plans and train users

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of related work experience or active pursuit of a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in a related field • Certification in one or more Epic applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word) • Strong knowledge of system analysis and operating systems • Ability to assess needs and define best approaches through documentation • Capability to read and interpret technical and industry documents
