📋 Description

• Prepare and draft Canadian immigration applications and supporting documentation, including work permits, LMIA applications, permanent residence applications, and other submissions to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). • Review and analyze supporting documentation provided by clients to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable immigration requirements. • Under the direction of attorneys or senior legal professionals, conduct legal and policy research related to Canadian immigration programs, procedures, and eligibility requirements. • Assist attorneys and consultants with case preparation, including drafting legal submissions and compiling evidence in support of applications. • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and provide updates regarding case status and filing requirements. • Track important deadlines related to filings, renewals, and compliance issues. • Maintain accurate case records and update internal case management systems in a timely and consistent manner. • Assist with the preparation of responses to requests for additional information from government authorities. • Utilize internal technology platforms, including WRapid and other case management tools, to track case progress and manage documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma relevant field. • 5-7 years of experience supporting Canadian immigration with a focus on work permit applications preferred. • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and government filing requirements. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
